The Saigon International Film School (SIFS) plans to
offer promising young filmmakers six scholarships to attend long-term
courses in scriptwriting, directing, acting, editing, cinematography and
film production.
The Saigon International Film School will host a
discussion on directing and movie-making with Japanese-American director
Michael Toshiyuki Uno, an Oscar nominee, on Saturday in HCM City.
The Saigon International Film School will organise a workshop on film
direction and cinematography under the guidance of Hollywood director Michael
Toshiyuki Uno and director of photography Joel Spezeski.
Wellknown Hollywood director Michael Toshiyuki Uno will give lectures on
directing at the Sai Gon International Film School in HCM City on
January 8-9.
